How I help
Executive comp has more levers than any other type of compensation — and more ways to accidentally trigger a tax disaster. I help you use the levers intentionally: RSU sell schedules, ISO hold-period math, 10b5-1 plans, and deferred comp elections coordinated with your overall plan.

- Depends on how much of your net worth it represents and how comfortable you are with single-stock volatility. We quantify the concentration and build a tax-aware diversification plan if it makes sense.
- What does working with you actually look like?
- Most clients meet with me twice a year plus a quick check-in mid-year if something changes — a new job, a new baby, a windfall. Between meetings we’re reachable by email or phone.
- How are you compensated?
